Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label and send the parcel via a tracked courier service; please retain your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
